Did you ever have to your child during church?

No but I have seen other parent who have. I've seen the same thing done more often with kids in restaurants and in some cases quite a bit older than 5. It's really hard to know what to do in those situations. In stores you can usually leave quickly and not come back. You can't just walk out of a restaurant and leave your meal on the table. It's also difficult when you are somewhere with another family. I swear the minivan was invented by a pro- parent.
