Does a profile picture with many girls means that the guys a casanova?

So theres this guy I like. And I had my inhibitions about him anyways, because he's way better looking than I am. And now he just changed his profile picture on facebook to one wheres he posing with many of his female friends. Now I;m even more wary of him. Does this indicate that he's a casanova?
