Is the Public Health Cigarette Smoking Act a form of censorship?
I've never been a big fan of smoking but I began to think about the ban on cigarette commercials and I thought that this might be some sort of censorship that has been blindly allowed by people just because they don't like smoking. I don't understand this whole ban on smoking with them trying to state that smoking kills therefore we should not have commercials on it. I take this into account because to this date we still have alcohol commercials; I feel that alcohol is just as if not more deadly than smoking and I fail to see that ban on these commercials. Anyones thoughts would be nice.
