Help! I have a problem with arguing with my girlfriend?

I'mso sorry this all happened to you but I think none of us can truly just lock something so heinous away b/c it has affected you & now you're scared to show emotion for fear it'll relate to your father so you're not truly living & enjoying your life Please talk to someone & get this out b/c it's eating you up alive & it's not fair to you even though we think we have things under control bad memories have a way of resurfacing one way or another Be proud of yourself that you want to do the right thing this shows your character so please get help & get rid of the anchor that's holding you back from your life Good luck to you
