Ever heard anyone deny it?

My cousin Elliott says that he isn't ticklish but everytime I try he rolls on the ground laughing. I speak from experience that guys want to feel strong and being ticklish is a mental barrier that makes them feel weak. I am very open with being ticklish to everyone and I get tickled less than my cousin. Actually I hardly get tickled at all :(
