Friend Problems, Help me please !?

So, ive had this best friend since 4th grade(Let's call her Rachel) and we have been inseparable since, until this year. In 8th grade she moved from my school to another one and made a new best friend, Which she became very close to but not AS close. Then she moved schools again this year (9th grade). She now is hanging out with Sophia (let's call her Sophia, she's not in the same school as Rachel)more often than with me. And have become closer. She has been practically ignoring me since about 2 months ago, she doesn't come online much because she haves no internet at her mom's house. Then when she goes to her dad’s house she comes online, and when we are both online she never talks to me. Usually I'm the one who talks to her, but now i always wait and see if she ever talks to me. Well, point here is, she's hanging out more and talking to Sophia more than me. And also, i don't see her doing the effort to talk to me or anything. I do have a group of friends at school, But its not the same. I miss her a lot !! please help :(
