How do i make these alcoholic drinks?

so one night i went to a concert at a local bar and ordered what's known as Sweet tea vodka and Soco ginger ale and lime. the sweet tea vodka wasn't all that great mostly cuz the bar used water instead of lemonade mix but the soco ginger ale and lime was pretty awesome. I pretty much know the ingredients of both drinks.. i just don't know the proportions of what to mix. can some help me?
