Testicular cancer is very uncommon and even then only the testicle involved is removed. Orchidectomies is most often used in treatment of prostate cancer and most of the men at this stage of their lives are not interested in having children, unless you are Rod Stewart. Often these men have already had the prostate and other plumbing removed. However, if just the testicles were removed yes in theory a man could still father a child for a short time as with a vasectomy. Usually there is enough amo for 10-20 shots.
