When I go for more than 10 minutes, the pain gets too much. I am still in pain now, and its been more than 20 minutes since i stopped. I am not severly overweight. Could loose 10 lbs. The pain is in the front of the bone, the lower half of my leg, starts about a few inches below the knee, and with every step of my weight onto it when jogging, it feels like there is too much weight or pressure. What can I do? Walking is not enough to loose weight.
