JAPAN MELTDOWN Helicopters dropping water on Nuclear reactors? Should they just give up if it comes to that?
They are having difficulty getting coolant and fire protection to one part of the site, so, like forest fire fighting they are delivering the coolant and fire retardant by the most accurate means they can, by helicopter.
