Why does every Democrat program end in failure? Why do they think MORE TIME is all they need to "fix" things?

Oh shut up and pay your taxes. You just don't want to pay your taxes, that's all this is about. :) There's no such thing as perfection. You'll always be able to find something to complain about. All I can say is that things would have been a lot worse if some of our collective efforts had not been made. You can't do EVERYTHING as an individual. That's a fact. And it's clear that your definition of "failure" is way too rigid, as what you seek seems more like PERFECTION than success. Every goverment program that has lasted has had some level of success. If not, it would have not lasted. We're the type of people that see the gl half full. You're the type that sees it half empty. That's your problem right there, and the answer to your question.
