Help with makeup/halloween. Pig?

So I'm going as swine flu for Halloween. Pink tutu pink wings, and a shirt that says H1N1 and I really don't want to wear a pig nose. Does anyone have any ideas on how to do makeup rather than wearing a latex pig nose?
