Is looking at legal in Los Angeles, CA?

Well he said he was searching for "". That's what he wanted to see. Now most guys can't tell the difference between some 16 year old's and those that are older, so some 16 year old girls might be a turn on, not that they are pigs it's just that visually they don't see a number. But if he's searching for younger girls then my question to you is, Why are you with him? It's hard to prosecute someone for this. There has to be a good amount of evidence, pics, known amounts of searches, etc.
