Starting a small online business for school project?

hi everyone. i on behalf of my fellow colleagues are doing an Entrepreneur project where we have decided to do an online business of selling paper bags which is designed and personalized according to customers' needs. as we are new and this only caters to locals, any advices or any guides to how and what should we start with? do give us some concrete answers. your cooperation is much appreciated. thanks! =)
